After contacting Craig, he came on the day that he said he would. Problem was identified, gave accurate description of the work needed, and was able to quote that day. Work carried out quickly and everything tidied up as described. A change in the weather meant that Craig had to return the following day, which was no trouble and was completed quickly with his usual excellent quality of work. This is the third time of using services, and will be calling upon him again.
